I'll take stability over GUI any day. They disable access to the currency or access to the exchange during peak times. Aren't these issues a sign that the exchange is failing?
I think you should keep writing to them every single day and hope to get a response.
This has been ongoing for a week. Not interested in them fixing their exchange, other than to give me my coins. I'm done there.
