If your Steem/SBD has been sent to poloniex and it didnt get credited...Read on
Step 1 : Your job is to open a ticket first with them . At the bottom of the page where it says support center, sign up and then open new ticket.
Step 2: In order to complete ticket they will ask for an ID of the transaction that you made to send to poloniex; this is the proof they need that you did indeed send it. Go to steemd.com/irfo1 (substitute your name) then scroll down to where transaction took place.
Click on top righ hand side small digits for me 5864...
Youll see the picture above now with the full ID that they will ask in ticket for

Agreed. Helpful for sure. I haven't been sending STEEM or SBD between Steemit and Poloniex for a while. Not since they disabled the wallet support some odd week or so ago. After they brought it back post HF19 it seems they still can't quite figure out how to handle it. Disappointing really. Upvoted!
