poloniex 절대 이용하지 마세요 쓰레기 회사입니다.
2017년 6월 이메일 해킹을 당해 계좌를 잠그고 풀어달라고 했는데 아무런 조치를 안해서 9월에 3만원상당을 들여 국제우편을 발송해 겨우 해결했습니다.
그런데 레벨이 없어서 다시 레벨을 등업하기 위해 여권등 여러 가지를 올렸으나 아직 1단계로 레벨이 적었습니다. 비트코인등을 옮기기 어려워서 7-8차례를 시도했으나 오히려 계좌가 동결 frozen되었습니다.
다시 동결을 풀기 위해서 몇 번 시도를 했는데 폴로닉스 인증자체가 여권사진과 자신 사진 자동화로 되어있기 때문에 컨펌이 되어도 동결이 해결되지 않았습니다.
동결된지 3달이 되어가고 그 동안 코인을 옮기지 못해 코인 투자를 못했습니다.
