Have poloniex stopped replying to Support tickets all together ?

I Have a friend who was complaining about Poloniex support, and moved to Bittrex. At first I thought he was exaggerating, then I was in a situation where I needed to open two tickets. Tthe first one is 18 days old and I still have no response. The second one, we will see how long it will take.

You guys are killing yourselves, first you removed the troll box which made you exchange what it is, and now with the support delays, it's just unacceptable. it's not a free platform, so ....
