Dreadfull Poloniex
Just wanted to ask if anybody else is having problems with Poloniex.com trying to confiscate their assets
it started with them suddenly demanding verification and sending off photos of id personally I feel users should be given the choice to withdraw their assets without having to submit to their new regulations after all they were more than happy up to this point to take our money and no verification was required when I signed up for an account, I tried complying even though I felt strongly against it and would have been much happier just withdrawing my funds and closing the account
Time after time they kept rejecting the photos now their automated system claims I have exceeded the amount of attempts but informed me I have a two week period within which I have to submit them WTF? I have started a ticket with costumer support (maybe they should change the name to crime victim support) and the pricks are not responding!
If anybody is having similar problems please let me know in comments
If anybody is looking for an exchange to trade on I strongly disadvise using Poloniex.com its one fuck up after another (its not the first time I am cut off from using my funds in a crucial moment)
If I manage to get my funds back Im withdrawing them immediately to other exchanges hitbtc bittrex binance and writing poloniex support to go fuck themselves like they are fucking up their costumers livelihood
It took around 2 or 3 months for them to verify my account.But in general,i did not have problems with them.
That cheers my up they have given me a 14 days deadline to verify and now they are not responding
first time I sent of my documents was about 8 months ago
I used to think they were a good exchange
I have only heard bad things from bolloxnex, I got some burst ages ago from someone and they fucked up a withrawal.. Binance is king, Kucoin is nice also
Had 30k bcn stuck in a witdraw when it skyrocketed from 0.01 to 1$ few weeks ago they returned the funds once it fell back down
Had bcn stuck on their platform for few months when it was under "maintenance" bulshit market manipulation in my opinion
Steem and sbd under maintenance for last about 5-6 months
Not too keen on binance to be honest but I have to admit fast support response mayby I just have to get used to it app keeps crashing for some reason on my phone

Bittrex is annoying when you access from phone as you have to confirm by email every time the ip you use changes which is about every 15 min so looking for a good new exchange
Im so furius with polo at the mo if I had a staff member nearby id drown him even if the tide was out and would have to drag him a mile to get to water
From my experience they never let anyone withdraw or move funds when there is a pump on, i have 180,000bcn on the app wallet,which dont even exist at moment,it was existing, but now not lol. It was the official wallet though,well im 90% sure anyhow. Never get response from bcn lol. Maybe nexy year they have the app again, and ill be able tp log in!
Are you using a different phone? My old phone batteries died for good and on the one I'm using now a lot of apps don't even show up in google play also a load come up with device incompatible, steepshot for instance doesnt even show up same with electroneums minning app. Do you have the keys and address stored?
There was no wallet created at the time i got them back in november, there was just the one (not including freeeallets,scammin cunts,lost 200,000 bcn with there selective scam operation) its just a wallet with username and password
