Just found a possible Poloniex phishing site

Hey there I was doing some research readings about Poloniex and just came across this link http://btcshoppe.com/dev/ seems like someone in process of building a Phishing Site for Poloniex or maybe some frontend developer trying to create a clone site? How does it look to you? Should we report it to Poloniex or it doesn’t look malicious?
