Last chance saloon for Poloniex.
Recently steemit land has had nothing but problems with the Poloniex exchange, deposits going missing, disabled deposits and withdrawls, long delays on tickets being dealt with. It's been frustrating to say the least.
Then over the last couple of weeks those missing deposits began to turn up, they seemed to have fixed their problem with steem and SBD deposits and outstanding tickets were sorted.
I made a post about how well their customer service guy was I dealt with in getting my account unfrozen and my winAuth security reset. Yes it had taken about 6 weeks for them to pick up my ticket but once they did their service was really good in making sure I was me and the rightful owner of my frozen BTC.
So, with a couple of positive things from them in dealing with my ticket and finally processing a deposit in my other account (I set that one up after I lost access to my original account.) I decided to give them another chance last night.
After 11 hours of waiting and still not having my SBD credit into my account I'm starting to think I should have gone to BitShares.
STRIKE 1. Taking so long to start to deal with a ticket.
STRIKE 2. Waiting weeks for a SBD deposit to clear and not a word even after disabling deposits so they knew they had a problem.
STRIKE 3. If my new deposit doesn't turn up within 24 hours of me sending it.
For me this is Poloniex's last chance before I walk away from them as they really do not seem steemit friendly. Taking so long for deposits to clear even after they 'fixed' their issue and re-enabled deposits doesn't seem like first class service.
Not sure if anyone else is still having problems with depositing SBD or steem, would like to know if you are.
Resteemed I normally use bittrex but will stay clear of poloniex just in case thanks for sharing!
It's got to the point that it's not worth the stress and delays in using them.

My deposit sent yesterday haven't shown up yet and today they disabled sbd wallet again, no news from ticket in 24hrs, only saving grace is I did not send much! No more polo again with sbd or steem!!
There is something real fishy going on there, either the banks are slapping them with insane regulations or they are heavily understaffed, maybe a bit of both. Thanks for the post.
They had to pull the mods off the trollbox to deal with support tickets so they do have a staffing problem.

BitShares is going to be huge.Poloniex is not worth the time waiting for its problems to be solved someday.

Not so keen on the layout of BitShares but a far better exchange in terms of not giving me a bloody headache every time I try to make a deposit.

Truth, pity though as they had a huge selection of alts and they were once good.
What happened to you poloniex, you used to be cool man, you've changed.
