Poloniex Change in TOS

I've seen a lot of fear regarding the new poloniex TOS, and I wanted to make some quick comments about it (will update it with more information later).

Steemit user @natra made a great post that links to https://www.diffchecker.com/XAd9q95k where we can see the differences between the new and old TOS.

A lot of posts on steemit have been stating that Poloniex has added to their TOS that users waive their right to participate in a class action lawsuit. Based on the diffchecker, we can see that statement was already implemented into their old TOS.

Essentially, that was always there.

A change in their Electronic Trading Terms, which adds what they would do in regards to a fork, along with other things.

Ive only done a quick skim through the TOS, but overall (correct me if Im wrong), it just looks like an elaboration of things they have already stated in the old TOS.
