Water pollution in urban areas
Inhabitants in the urban areas of Bamenda suffer a lot from water pollution. All the market women, "buy and sellam" dump their waste beside the near by stream. This is the case of Bamenda food market, in the city of Bamenda, North west Region of Cameroon. The Regional Delegation of Environment, North west Regional is working with students from the university of Bamenda, Civil Society Oganisations to clean these streams from plastic waste. Let us collaborate with the government institutions to fight against water pollution in urban areas.
