重度雾霾再度来袭（Air pollution in northern Chinese cities)

今天是2016年12月19日，在中国的网络上，一则消息占领了头条：19日夜间至20日，新一轮雾霾来袭，将有包括京津冀、山西、陕西、河南等11个省市在内的地区被雾霾笼罩。雾霾最严重时段，部分地区PM2.5浓度峰值会超过500微克/立方米。(html comment removed: more)而据路透社报道，河北省省会石家庄，达到了1000微克/立方米。而大部分地区普遍超出WHO规定标准100倍。

微信的朋友圈当中，也有朋友分享了这样的图片。

据图中显示，我的家乡胶东半岛也没能幸免于难。都怪离着暴风眼太近，也受到牵连。这很让人担心，尤其是想到我刚出生的小外甥。刚刚来到这个世界的小生命，面临的却是这样恶劣的环境。

虽然人们都在议论这可怕的雾霾，媒体也在报道这可怕的景象，但似乎仍看不到解决问题的曙光。

This concerns me a lot, especially when I think about my new born nephew. It is really a disaster for a new born boy, since he has to face such heavily polluted environment.

Although people are talking about this terrible smog, the media are also reported that, but still it seems no hope at all to solve the problem in the near future.
