It is not about global warming or a carbon foot print. It is however about being plugged in and giving up control. It is about a global tax in the name of environmental responsibility to help spring board a global government. Bitcoin and its contemporaries are test runs for the eventual world currency. A people can be more easily controlled when corralled and plugged in. Gas and diesel become obsolete and discouraged.
