Political differences between ages (Pew Poll)

Don't know what was going on with that Times/Siena poll with the ages (looked like a sampling issue to me), but this Pew poll makes a lot more sense on the political differences between ages.

In any case again, these numbers on the generic ballot aren't going to cut it for the House majority. Note this was among registered voters, not likely voters, so even if you thought there would be higher turnout this cycle hard to argue we have enough to keep the House.

Interesting that the short-lived trend of 65+ voters rejecting the white supremacy of middle-aged voters (especially in 2020) has now fully evaporated. I wonder what gave rise to it, and why it reversed itself.

We haven't seen too much Millennial shift over time as they age IIRC. And if anything looks like they got much more liberal on abortion over time (they started out fairly neutral on abortion)

I'd never be so happy to be wrong.
