He may be dangerous than he look. Being a small boy does not mean he can not be a professional terrorist (whichever case it may be). Im sure they have their reason for arresting him with arms.
My main concern was "Do they need that much number of soldier to catch a boy. 10 of them even enough.
Like I said earlier, we should not underestimate how deadly the kid could be.
