Five year old girl fined £150 for setting up a lemonade stand!

Tower Hamlets Council (the fascist bastards that should be chased out of the fucking country) attempted to fine a five year old girl £150 for setting up a Lemonade stand. She was selling cups of lemonade to festival goers for 50 pence. Mr Spicer said his daughter burst into tears and told him "I've done a bad thing".

Tower Hamlets Council has since canceled the fine and apologized for being absolute control freak dicks but for me that is not good enough. They should be forced to fund a brand new lemonade stand for her or permit her to sell lemonade at future festivals. Mr Spicer said his daughter loved the idea of setting up a stall near their home."She just wanted to put a smile on people's faces. She was really proud of herself," he said."But after a small time trading, four enforcement officers walked over from the other side of the road. I was quite shocked. I thought that they would just tell us to pack up and go home."

"But they turned on their mobile camera and began reading from a big script explaining that she did not have a trading licence. My daughter clung to me screaming 'Daddy, Daddy, I've done a bad thing.' She's five. We were then issued a fine of £150. We packed up and walked home."

Nothing but fucking bullies I would say this is close to child abuse. If social services are going to go around attacking parents and even taken children from them for "emotional abuse (which they do) then the same should apply to these unbelievably greedy parasites. All they are concerned about is money, money fucking money.

They have NO common sense whatsoever they are evidentially nothing but bullies. A council spokesman said: "We are very sorry that this has happened. We expect our enforcement officers to show common sense and to use their powers sensibly.This clearly did not happen. The fine will be cancelled immediately and we have contacted Mr Spicer and his daughter to apologize."

For me an apology is nowhere near good enough they should fire the enforcers.

People often ridicule me when I compare our government to fascists but this is beyond fascism. This is emotional abuse and the council (like the whole government in my opinion) should have powers taken from them if this is how they chose to use their powers.
