As you can see by his partial CV below, Damore is well qualified to write on the subject of biological differences:
The co-founder of Gab.ai has reached out to Damore and hopes to hire him. Personally, I think Damore should file a civil rights and anti-discrimination case against Google and relax with the resulting millions it will bring him. In the current climate of hysteria it may be difficult for him to get any real work done.
Either way. I think he should do both things... file the law suit AND take Andrew Torba up on his employment offer. Building the next generation social media platforms is the way to fight back against these people.
This is a watershed moment in liberalism. The mask has been removed. They are openly totalitarian jackboots who believe in Thought Crime and purging Oldspeak.
His 10 page paper was reasonable and probably easily backed up by biological realities. Only an SJW nazi type person would have the reaction that it produced. So a firing because of this paper shows how true what he said in it is. And the leaks from google show that they have a very hostile work environment if you aren't a SJW nazi.
He shouldn't accept a settlement that is less then his salary * remaining work years left in his life. I'm not sure where I saw it, but some one commented that Damore studied game theory. So hopefully he saw this as a possibility, saw it as a potential lottery ticket, and has the resources to wait for a good settlement.
