RE: Silk Road founder Ross Ulbricht will spend life in prison after losing appeal
It is not just to disregard the convictions of the agents that investigated him for corruption, and seems to properly reflect the inadequacies of American jurisprudence. How can the court even consider any evidence such agents claim shows the culpability of the accused?
Regardless of his guilt or innocence, this is not a just ruling.
Thanks!
