The story of a US National Guard soldier from Ghana who died trying to save people in a deadly Bronx fire is being shared as a counterpoint to Trump's 'shithole' comments

Emmanuel Mensah is an immigrant from Ghana who died over the holidays trying to save people from a burning apartment building in the bronx

Meanwhile, some people think the media is overreacting over Trump's comment on Hattie and Countries in Africa as "shithole countries", some are not surprised about his comment, a few have defended his comment, Trump is not happy his comment got to the public. A lot of people have replied his almost a denial tweet with memes like the ones below, while Nigerian's are not at all offended with the comments, agreeing with Trump they live in a shithole country.

...and yet more reports are coming out that President Trump didn't actually say these things.

I'm not agreeing with them even if he did say them, but there's a whole lot of people in politics and media that want to do nothing other than try to discredit him.
