President Of Bolivia EXPOSES Barack OBAMA As A War Criminal!
The former U.S president is a war criminal who should be tried at international court for invading Libya on false pretense then murdering it's sovereign leader then destabilizing the region by having 2 radical groups funded by his administration fight over control over the country.He also attacked Syria without congressional approval and his administration funded,trained and armed terrorists in Syria to overthrow a democratically elected government in the country.
