In around 2011, Assad has given amnesty to the U.S backed terrorists who promised to lay down their weapons, only a minority of the terrorists complied at the time.Around that time, most terrorists were very confident in their ability to topple the Assad regime and mocked Assad, something most of them are probably regretting in the afterlife.
