 ^^^EXCLUSIVE^^^

Sources inside the FSB tell Ghost.Report that a Venture Capital firm  may be deeply affiliated with the Russian Government’s Spying operations  not only on US civilians alone, but also in other countries worldwide,  especially in Europe, Israel and Southeast Asia.

After further research, we have began to uncover what appears to be a  very wide-ranging and thick web that extends into the US government,  which has likely been compromised by this Ring. The connections made  during this investigation are shocking and unprecedented.

This alleged Russian spy network is allegedly utilizing certain  Technological startups though funds from Venture Capital firms in Russia  and the United States in order to spy on US Civilians using basic  technology, especially cloud and browser-based services on the internet  though bugged software and hardware.

Sources have stated that the Venture Capital firm in question is Runa Captial,  a Silicon Valley-based firm founded in 2010 that mainly invests in  Technological startups and cloud and browser-based services. The Venture  capital firm has opened up 2 funds since their inception, netting  nearly $300 Million in funds to invest.

The firm’s founders and workers have very prolific backgrounds, some  with government ties and involved with government projects. Let’s meet  the former and current team at Runa.

One former worker of the Venture Capital firm was former Public  Relations director Masha Drokova, who worked at that position from 2011  to 2012.

Drokova, who now works for other companies and owns her own public  relations company, was also featured in the 2012 Russian documentary,  “Putin’s Kiss.” The documentary focused on her rise to power in the  “Nashi” movement in Russia, earning awards along the way and a kiss from  Vladimir Putin. The Nashi movement is a pro-Putin, Kremlin-endorsed  youth organization in Russia that has been alleged of spying on  opposition and attacking opposition, and sometimes their own members for  criticizing Putin’s rule.

Drokova worked for a number of companies and organizations, including  the Russian Quantum Center; being a producer for Russia.ru; founding  the Legend Media Agency; and other projects with Runa Capital clients  and those outside. Most of these clients are through the Legend Media  Agency, including the Russian-Government backed Skolkovo foundation.

Another face who helped shape the Runa Capital landscape is former  Business Development Director Ramil Ibragimov, who worked in Runa from  2013 to 2014.

Ibragimov, who now works on other projects back in the Republic of  Tatarstan, worked as an anchor / reporter and editor-in-chief for the  Region’s TV news company. The company, Ether, won the TEFFI award for  the best Russian regional daily news program three times.

Also during this time, he worked for corporate finances for the  Russian government owned VTB bank between 2006 and 2010. the Russian  government owns about 61% of the equity in this bank. Ibragimov then  moved to be CEO for IT Park, a Russian techno-park in Kazan city. Some  of it’s financial sponsors include Microsoft; “Vnesheconombank”; Ecwid; and other companies in the united States and Russia.

While both have left, The founders and current notable team consists  of Russian Businessman Serguei Beloussov; Investment Banker Andre  Bliznyuk; Business Executive Dmitry Chikhachev; and Entrepreneur and  Investor Ilya Zubarev.

These 4 have a history of working for Kremlin / Russian Government  -sponsored programs that are mainly funded by US companies, whether  directly or indirectly. They also have worked for government-owned  businesses and projects for Russia’s “Silicon Valley.”

Serguei Beloussov, the founder and Executive Director at Runa, has a  lengthy career working for and starting his own companies, mainly  technological companies that specialized in IT and Cloud services.  Beloussov has several companies, including Acronis, which specializes in  Data protection and recovery; Acumatica, which specializes in Cloud  management for small businesses; the Russian Quantum Center, a project  that specializes in researching and developing new technologies; and  many other Firms and businesses.

Andre Bliznyuk; a partner at Runa, has a lengthy carer in financials,  first beginning work at Wimm-Bill-Dann Foods OJSC, which is the main  food provider for the Russian Federation, as an Investor Relations  Manager. He then became head of Investor Relations and then Head of  Capital Markets for Sistema, a publicly traded investment company in  Russia, investing in several industries and companies. He then became  the Executive Director at the UBS investment bank, which has been  embroiled in several tax evasion and rigging scandals; and at Goldman  Sachs from 2010 to 2011. Shortly after becoming a partner for Runa, he  became a board member for many other companies in the IT sector.

Dmitry Chikhachev; Co-founder and managing partner at Runa, also has a  lengthy career in Business dating back to 1997. Chikhachev started in  Organization Development and HR for Ericsson until 2002; then moving to  the Ritzio Entertainment Group in Business Development and was there  until 2006. He then was  a partner of Qwan Management and CEO of Uvenco  until 2009. Becoming an “Entrupreneur in Residence” for Almaz Capital  until 2010, he then ended up as Managing Partner for Runa Capital.

Ilya Zubarev, a Senior Partner at Runa Capital, has a little  background. The most notable being a Co-Founder for Beloussov’s other  fund, the Quantum Wave Fund; Chairman of the board for Beloussov’s other  company, Acronis; and the founder of Anturis.

Now that you have met the team at Runa, we will end our first part  here. However, we have a lot more to go in depth about as we begin to  connect the dots. Where it will end up will make you question the  security of the US government and your data, as well as your personal  life online.

The second part of this story will focus on the connections Runa has;  who they have funded; where the funds came from; and a whole lot of  other information that you must know.

This Russian spy ring is right in our backyard, and it’s bigger and  deeper than you think it is. It’s in your computer, it’s in your phone,  it’s in your smartwatches, and it’s all being allowed by the government.

Stay tuned for Part 2...
