As someone who has been at the forefront of the fight against Monsanto and other big Ag companies like Bayer, I believe the combination of the two is a very dangerous thing, especially with Bayer providing so much of the pharma care, it is like the guy who owns a window repair shop having his son go around the neighborhood busting out windows. They make the GMO food that makes people sick then they sell the "cure" for the symptoms of that disease.
Don't eat GMO's, everyone vote with your dollars / cryptos and this stuff will go away.
Great analogy with the ghetto situation... One great way to go around this is to grow your own. One even greater way is to make other people grow their own. Which is what I'm trying to do with my blog and the new STEEM project, @ecoplus... Eco+ aims to incentivize ecological work, like organic planting of crops... Stay tuned if you're interested!
Thankfully there is very little of this GMO muck on sale in Europe and what there is must be labelled. A much different story trying to avoid it in the U.S.
