Roy Moore refuses to concede after Alabama certifies election results
After Alabama's secretary of state certified Democrat Doug Jones' victory, by a margin of 1.6%, his former opponent issued a statement. Moore claimed he was forced to "fight not only the Democrats but also the Senate Republican Leadership Fund," signing off with "I have no regrets" but refusing to concede.
Roy Moore is a total joke, the Republicans are lucky he lost conventionally, as he would have been a colossal thorn in the side of the party if he was seated. His refusal to concede when there were no legitimate irregularities in the election is a direct representation of how he is incapable of being in government. When you lose, you lose, and you just gotta suck it up.
