Listening to your eminently reasonable critique makes me sad and happy at the same time: sad at the state of the West in general, and happy that I moved to a sensible country decades ago, a country where the traditional roles of men and women have not been forgotten.
Unfortunately, Hollyweird, the American media and American academia have a powerful influence on young Taiwanese minds. American-style sexual harassment codes have been written into law (affording much-needed protection to women), so even here men need to be aware of the possibility of unfounded accusations being used to destroy their reputations.
Sexual experimentation (encouraged by Hollyweird) has had a definite role in depressing Taiwan's birth rate to the 3rd lowest in the world. As a college teacher, I witnessed the casual acceptance of lesbianism among my students, which was not the case when I first arrived. Still, the social scene is still much better than in the West: there is no widespread encouragement of illegitimacy through welfare.

I don't know what it is the issue with high IQ populations, they always seem to descend into hedonism which is followed by a decreased birthrate...maybe we'll figure it out in the next cycle.
East Asians in general (Chinese in particular) are generally acknowledged to have higher IQs than Europeans, and yet they have been around for thousands of years without "always ... descending into hedonism", as you put it. Perhaps the issue is not high IQs, but mindless destruction of traditional ethics. Chinese people have been remarkably faithful to traditional Confucian morality for over 2000 years.
Good point, I don't think it's exclusively high iq, but I'm not sure about how well of an exceptiom China is currently as they are also experiencing a deceased birthrate (though the gov't had some influence in that) and they also were Communist for so many years which is the hedonist's dream; everything is provided for by the gov't according to one's "needs" not actions (though it's incredibly flawed).
Also the Japanese and South Koreans are also experiencing this problem in a less magnified way, decreased birthrates, less marriages, etc. Though I do agree it's nowhere near where the Europeans are currently.

The fact that there appears to be little to no repercussions for false accusations is very troubling. I wish that the leaders of the #MeToo movement understood the law of unintended consequences. Of course, whether they understand it or not they are about to get a harsh lesson in it. Great video!

The recent decline in male mentors for females is just the beginning of the blowback from all the decades of feminism and the false accusations that preceded the #metoo movement.
It's a shame that a lot of these problems are being masked by even larger problems such as massive third world immigration and gov't overreach, though they're all intricately connected.
