Question: “I am a 39-year-old small town attorney. I have been practicing for a little less than four years. As both a law student and legal practitioner I have become increasingly aware and fascinated by the interplay between law and freedom. In the interest of full disclosure, I am not an anarchist. I believe some laws are necessary to protect the citizens’ freedom however I am opposed to the growing number of civil and criminal laws aimed at penalizing and curbing self-injurious behaviors by adults. While I would acknowledge that most of these laws are certainly within the scope of constitutional authority granted to the States and the Federal government I maintain that these types of laws represent bad policy and a growing infringement on the citizens’ personal liberty. What are your thoughts on this subject?”

A very good argument about how our society is today, a lot of inconsistency... good we have crypto currencies now and more anarchists... I myself still think it is almost impossible to live as an anarchist of today, but maybe blockchain's will change that in the coming years.
I think what one needs to understand is what are laws and what are codes rules and regulations. The system put out so many codes rules and regulations that they tag as laws which are not laws, but are just part of the system's programming. And which is why civics was removed from classroom in order to perpetuate the saying " If you don't know your rights you don't have any". There is an old saying "ignorance of the law is no excuse!" It's and old saying but for those who know it is still true. There are not ten thousand laws, but there are more than ten thousand codes rules and regulations !
