The democratic sociopolitical matrix, in which the governing officials are chosen via a crude popularity contest, ensures the ascendance of populist whores to positions of power. The political rulers of the West have no other skill than election prostitution, allowing for low-born mercantile scum to carve-out semi-independent fiefdoms, in the absence of proper and competent governance. Only in such degenerate society will those who can not even organise their own lives ascend to positions of power with the purpose of organising others' lives. Western politicians belong in a zoo, not within the corridors of power. Democracy is the worst form of government.
