Intelligence Community Agencies
The Office of Naval Intelligence (ONI) is one of 17 agencies that comprise the nation’s Intelligence Community (IC). The IC is a federation of executive branch agencies and organizations that work separately and together to conduct intelligence activities necessary for the conduct of foreign relations and the protection of the national security of the United States.
These activities include:
Collection of information needed by the President, the National Security Council, the Secretaries of State and Defense, and other Executive Branch officials for the performance of their duties and responsibilities;

The Senior Executive Service 'SES' is not listed among the 17 intelligence agencies.
Hmm. So, who is the SES?
The Senior Executive Service (SES) lead America’s workforce. As the
keystone of the Civil Service Reform Act of 1978, the SES was
established to ensure that the executive management of the Government
of the United States is responsive to the needs, policies, and goals of the
Nation and otherwise is of the highest quality.
These leaders possess well-honed executive skills and share a broad
perspective on government and a public service commitment that is
grounded in the Constitution.
Members of the SES serve in the key positions just below the top
Presidential appointees. SES members are the major link between
these appointees and the rest of the Federal workforce. They operate
and oversee nearly every government activity in approximately 75
Federal agencies.
The U.S. Office of Personnel Management (OPM) manages the overall
Federal executive personnel program, providing the day-to-day
oversight and assistance to agencies as they develop, select, and
manage their Federal executives.

The Office of Personnel Management (OPM) helps make sure the
Government selects strong leaders by developing the core qualifications
used to test new career appointees to the Senior Executive Service (SES)
and by administering peer review boards which evaluate whether
candidates possess these essential leadership qualifications.
The Executive Core Qualifications (ECQs) were developed in 1997
after extensive research on the attributes of successful executives in
both the private and public sectors. They were revalidated and reissued
with a few modifications in 2006. In their current form, ECQs represent
the best thinking of organizational psychologists, human resources
professionals both at OPM and other agencies, and Senior Executives
themselves.

• Building Coalitions
In 2008, OPM piloted two additional methods for selecting members of the
SES; the Accomplishment Record and Resume-based methods.
Both of these methods continue to be based on the ECQs. However, the
Accomplishment Record method differs from the traditional approach to
selecting SES members in that applicants are not asked to address the
five broad ECQs but rather on a select few of the 28 executive competencies
underlying them.

Enhancing the effectiveness of the Senior Executive Service is synonymous
with placing obstacles in the path of elected politicians, preventing the
People from having access to factual information, undermining
constitutional government.
This is illegal, deep state shadow government who have designated
themselves as authority ABOVE the law, ABOVE elected officials with
LIFETIME positions being paid astronomical amounts of money. This
organization was started under the Jimmy Carter administration.

I’m a civil service employee. An engineer. I actually do work.
The SES people brought in after odumbo was installed have caused
havoc. A lady, of particular color, with a mail order Ph.D. now runs
the show where I’m at. She came in to my directorate and began
causing chaos. Moving managers from job to job to job. Demoting
white males, promoting minorities as they are called and females.
After she trashed my directorate she was promoted to director of
the entire operation. All I’m going to say is this is US Army. It’s a
VERY important area. She will derail the whole base if left in place.
Since there is zero stability in management via rotations happening
every 3 to 6 months, it is hell on earth and we are stressed to the max.
So you are both right. They are traitors.
Right now, we are in a fight for survival and what we do determines what life will be like for generations to come. No one should be forced to bathe in fluoridated water, breathe air which is purposely contaminated and be human resources for pharmaceutical and military experimentation. This is no longer a game. The artificial intelligence is not possessed by a demon but will be used by people who want to demonize it and weaponize it if we continue to let them take the intellectual property and best ideas of the people and then dispose of the human resources. Look at the number of dead doctors, bankers, holistic doctors, lawyers, politicians and how they died. It has gotten beyond absurd. At this point in history we need to have a veteran assigned to every newly birthed child as a body guard just to get them safely to school so they can then be sitting ducks for deep state false flag, crisis actor events to summon the main stream media for advertising revenue so they can gofundme their assets and MKUltra program.
