Was Cheney the real president during the Bush jr. presidency?
If you listen to ken o'Keefe, Clif High or David Icke, Cheney was the real president with a staff that grew to around 600.
Comparing the resumes as CEO of Haliburton with billions in assets and around 50.000 employees (2016, wpd).
With George W. i can see that point.....

At the end of the day, I see both of them as pawns. Yes, Bush was Cheney's pawn as well as a face to take the blame. However, I think Cheney was down for it because he was so heavily invested in the industry
Long story short, Cheney played a major role but did not devise and orchestrate the event as a ring leader. A group suggested the idea to him and he agreed. This is all only my opinion/speculation.

Private interests are in charge of the US lawmaking and enforcing bodies. Large companies spend more on lobbying Congress than they do paying taxes. Banks also have more currency-creating authority than our own government. We have essentially a rubber-stamp government that serves the people with the most money.
There are thousands of these people, and together they'd like us to point out some bogeymen villains such as a Cheney, Trump, or Rothschild family.
Again, this is all just conclusions made from observations. People can believe whatever they want to believe, but this makes the most sense to me.
