How to SaveOurFuture 4 OF 26: alright the vote was a great start, YEAAA...Enough celebration we need to continue actions to fix it...

Finally the former republican party has a foil to stop "some" of the lying, cheating, stealing and not serving the public good. But the Dems and Independents only control 1/2 of one 1/3 of the Federal Government. That's 1/6th and it's only for 2 years, so they must hit the ground running focused on long term goals.

Fortunately 240 representatives means multiple things can go on at once... So pick the 2 most important issues and the least important (to suppot others) and at least write an e-mail or two to your representatives in all levels of government, congratulating them. Aand remind them that, they are your champions on those issues.

So besides holding feet to the fire of the Racist Narcissist wannabe dictator soiling our nice clean White House.....

We need the following done (this list is in no particular order):

item 1: We need to real campaign finance reform, to write laws to get rid of PACs and gut the hobby lobby ruling, which puts big dark money in the politicians pockets so they don't need to listen to the people that put them in office. We need to apply the Monopoly rules to Sinclair media.

item 2: We need to get a new infrastructure bill to rebuild are countries electrical grid and clean renewable energy power plants across the country. We need empowerment zones to bring jobs to poor areas. See item 5 for training workers

Item 3: Dacca citizenship, a clemency period for well behaved illegals to get resident alien status, with the possibility of citizenship, an immigration reform bill and removal of ICE as a separate entity.

Item 4: We need medicare for all. (you can get additional insurance if you want) Hand in hand with Drug advertising reform and cost controls.

item 5: We need free/almost free college or vocation training for state schools. (you want to go to a private school you pay for it). This includes retraining for a new carreer for older workers, you may have been a miner your whole life, now we can teach you to be a welder, auto mechanic, caster, mold maker, run a forklift, solar farm maintence tech, fish farm worker or ethenol plant worker.

item 6: graduated tax system, put the taxes back up against the top 1%, capital gains taxes need to be applied, remove that corporate tax relief trump gave out.

item7: National gun control registration, automatic weapons ban, assault rifles ban, big clip ban, all transactions recorded including ammunition (use the Steem block chain), if you supply a gun to someone else who does a crime you are and accomplice after the fact, Stop the IRA from using foreign donors money, this is away around the campaign finance laws. requirement for all guns to have trigger locks so no child and most stolen guns will be useless, thus saving thosands oflives every year of CHILDREN!
item 8: Putting back regulations to protect the environment, prevent abuse of the stock market, and curtailing consumer protection and ability to sue business or government official that are the cause of a problem.

item 9: Now, we are not out of hot water yet....

1. has tried to illegally appoint a lacky legal buffon in charge of the Justice Department
2. Did not attend the Armistice Memorial honoring our dead soldiers from WWI and DID NOT GO TO ARLINGTON CEMETARY ON VETERANS DAY... Obama and Kennedy both did it in colder rainier times.
3. Nlamed the firefighters who are fighting the wildfires in California for the deaths.

I just talked to a friend, Justin, from Georgia who was moving out of his house before the election and his family was staying with the inlaws for 6 months while the new house was getting ready.

He got his early ballot but could not use it because his new license id card was supposedly undeliverable... they both were going to the same address!!!!!

He couldn't do a provisional on election day because he was doing a gig in NY.

He had planned 3 months in advance and had been voter supressed, btw Justin lives in one of the areas were they got rid of the motor vehicle bureaus and make them drive 50 to 100 miles away to get thier ids! THIS 2018 THIS SHOULD NOT BE HAPPENING. Justin and others need Justice!

So, this is the week to find out who did not vote in your local group...While the topic is hot!
You get your friends registered to vote for the next election, because the voter suppression efforts are already being planned for the next election.

We need a wave in the next one to overcome the suppression through gerrymandering all across the south and midwest.
There is a problem when 7% more of the country votes one way versuses the other and it's close to being a tie. before gerrymandering on the scale we have today 24 years (not long) a 7% drubbing would have been a landslide in house the senate, all the state legislatures, govenors, mayors and dog catchers......

And judging from this election I know we can wake that sleeping apathetic Giant!
