How ironic the poor they are killing can't afford it! Inflation! Manchester also has 1 million people classed as being in 'extreme poverty'!!
They split the atom there but they cant figure out basic economy.. Its disgraceful for a country of 65 million to allow that to continue.. thats a terrible statistic!
