Driver deliberately mows down pedestrians in London
Taxi driver deliberately mows down pedestrians in London, at least 11 was injured. A black middle-aged man was arrested on the scene.
Hundreds of people were seen fleeing in panic while armed police swarmed the scene. Witness claim to have seen the man in handcuffs looking "really proud of himself, he was laughing". The attacker's name was not yet resolved. Counter-terrorism police are investigating the incident.

was it a bumpstock (bumper?)
did it have a muffler (silencer)...if it hadn't then people would have run.
did it have a high capacity fuel tank?
