Rothschild Prepares for Pandemic? Trafficking? Rothschild & VPS Healthcare's Troubling New Partnership
This week it was announced that Abu-Dhabi based VPS healthcare LLC has hired Rothschild & Co (owned by the wealthy Rothschild dynasty) to advise on an initial public offering in London.
According to Bloomberg "The Abu Dhabi-based healthcare provider could sell shares as early as next year, some of the people said, asking not to be identified because the matter is private. A final decision hasn’t been made and the company may decide not to proceed with a sale, they said. A spokesman for Rothschild declined to comment."
VPS healthcare's chairman and managing director, Dr. Shamsheer Vayalil, is closely connected to other billionare-led NGO's. Earlier in 2018, Dr. Vayalil joined "the Giving Pledge, a campaign founded by Bill Gates, Melinda Gates and Warren Buffett" which claims "to encourage the wealthy to contribute their wealth towards philanthropy."
Dr. Shamsheer Vayalil reportedly has a personal wealth of $1.5 billion dollars, in addition to his work with Bill Gates and others, he has worked with various other alleged "philanthropic" organizations. In May of this year, before announcing the Rothschild hire, Vayalil attended a panel discussion along with a panel with Supermodel Petra Nemcova. Nemcova is co-Founder of the "humanitarian" group allhandsandhearts.org , and founder of co-founder of BeTheLightNY.com.
Nemcova has a close relationship with billionare, and major Clinton donor, Frank Giustra. Frank Giustra has backed projects from Nemcova's 'all hands and hearts' group, and they have traveled and worked together on several projects. Meanwhile Giustra also donated $100 million to the Clinton Foundation, traveled to Haiti with Bill Clinton, and let Clinton "borrow his luxurious passanger jet" a reported "26 times for foundation business since 2005, including 13 trips in which the two men traveled together." Giustra has been accused in the past of giving Clinton gifts as a way of 'influence-peddling'.
Giustra also founded the boys club network, and was one of the individuals scrutinized during the online pedogate crowd-sourced investigation, originally for both his suspicious ties to Bill Clinton, and the Clinton Foundation, along with his use of an FBI-identified pedophilia symbol in the former logo for his refugee camp, Elpida Factory.
As the Rothschild family, through Rothschild & Co, partners with Dr. Vayalil, whether Rothschild will only be advising on VPS healthcare's public offering or if this is part of a wider partnership remains to be seen, though the organization offers access to resources and other services that so-called "philanthropists" such as Bill Gates, Rothschilds, Giustra and the Clintons may want to make use of; according to their Wiki page "VPS Healthcare focuses on the areas of healthcare delivery, pharmaceutical and health support, with presence across UAE, Europe, Oman and India. At present, the group manages twenty two fully operational hospital in addition to primary, secondary and tertiary care clinics and medical centers, industrial medicine practices, pharmaceutical manufacturing, pharmacy retail chain, and healthcare support services spread across the Middle East, Europe and the Indian Subcontinent."
