Oh what an entangled mess with such corruption! I would be so didheartened by all of that going on with what is suppose to be serving the people.

I have lost faith in government and I choose to spend my energy elsewhere but as you say

As a seeker of consciousness we may not be interested in politics and more in uplifting the psyche of humanity via transcendental means, yet we can still vote and be part of the effort on the ground too.

I shall go cast my vote even if it is a little drop to help loosen the hold of the corrupt governments.
