I'm not for the US engaging in regime change - certainly not directly. That being said, remember the Green revolution? The people there want change. I think it wouldn't be such a bad thing to establish relationships over there, and if an organization capable of taking over the levers of government emerges that is a little more pro-freedom and secular, I don't think it would be such a bad thing to help them out with a little funding and training.
