However its topic was "why the conflict can not be solved" First of all, is it Israeli-Palestinian conflict or Arab-Israel conflict? If you consider it as Arap-Israel conflict is there a consensus among the Arab states about the definition of the conflict? It seems that there is no consensus about the definition of the conflict. The first step should be to reach a consensus among the Arab states about the definition of the conflict. Only then possible solutions can be discussed.
