Exactly my point. They (Gov worker) don't have any incentive to produce better or faster service.

The same goes for politicians, their pay has no relation to how happy taxpayers are. There is should be an end of term vote to give them a bonus based on how satisfied the voters are to add to their motivation.

And I am sure if that is the case Mr "Budget will balance itself" won't get a big bonus.
