What will it take to end the madness in the US political system right now? And here's a thought: isn't it stupid how every scandal has to be "something-gate"? Watergate was the name of a hotel - the "gate" part has no relation to the actual scandal, right? Don't we need a better reference term for a political scandal of explosive proportions? Or don't they exist anymore?

I think that an overdose of "gates" has killed any possibility for one scandal alone to end a political career. It seems to me that what usually ends the careers of US politicians is their own stupid decision to resign or publicly admit their great shame and guilt. Idiots.

Remember "Pussygate"? One of the worst ideas of Trump's was to make that apology on TV, where he ended up looking like some guilty foreign dictator - when up to that point he never apologized for anything. That made the Hillary-swamp sense weakness. Again when he ditched Kelly - these buggers can taste weakness, blood in the water...

Just some thoughts...

I realized the extent of Putin's control over everything the other day when reading this article about XNA Game Programming. Scary, right?
