Shumer the Finger Pointer

So Chuck Schumer goes on the Senate Floor and gives a seven minute speech about how the President needs to stop pointing fingers. During this speech, he points his finger at the President at least a dozen times. I truly don't understand how the Democrats can respect this guys as a leader. He talks in circles to the point where anyone listening knows that he could have been done a few minutes ago if it not for his love of hearing himself talk.
