I don't agree with his letting Reagan off the hook though. From the point of view of the writer of this film. I think that was actually, a major turning point for good that was sidetracked - Jimmy Carter. Who should have at least, had a second term. It was a serious shift in social consciousness toward environmentalism and global consciousness and peace. Er, would have been. Was for a short time.
