You are right, if you forbid sth people will do it anyway. Some people, especially the youth will even have a stronger urge to take them because its not allowed. In my opionen( iam an ex junky, so i got some experience) the countrys need to focus on not gettin more addicted people and not on helping them who are already addicted, because gettin 100% is a really hard way and nearly nobody except of yourself can really help you with it. So they need to start givin the kids the REAL information about them and not just tell them: Dont do it it kills you and its bad. We need to really show them the problems about it. I would even reccomend bringing voluntary junkis to schools and let them talk about there lifes.
