 President Rodrigo Roa Duterte attends the 25th founding anniversary of the Center for Brighter Beginnings, Inc. (CBB) at the Davao Convention and Trade Center in Davao City on October 27, 2017.

The President leads the ribbon cutting ceremony of the CBB’s first school building that was established in 2005. The Center for Brighter Beginnings, Inc. (CBB) is an early childhood education and intervention center for children ages 1.6 – 6 years old.
