No way of knowing for sure unless it's tested. I doubt everyone will ever be on the same level financially, but it would be great if the poorest of us were in better condition.
There is no need to test the lopsided distribution of wealth. It is a scam. So the populace will be entertained.
There's always a need for testing. They prove if something works or not, regardless of predisposed beliefs.
Telling me about predisposed beliefs doesn't exempt you from having one. Yes, there is always a need for testing but not everything should be. Such as UBI.
