Democrats in California have tough choice to make.

So, do you still "Believe women" and take Rose McGowan at her word about Newsom; or, do you go back on that and claim that, in this one case, McGowan is lying because you wanna keep your guy in office?

You were saying that Trump voters may not be racist; but, they must be okay with racism. So, if you're going to be consistent with the "believe women" rhetoric while voting for Newsom, well you might not be a rape apologist; but, you're fine with having one in office.

The funny thing is that I'm already getting people who oppose the recall who are arguing that, since Newsom was democratically elected, he should be able to finish his term. That's kinda funny coming from the same people who were calling for impeachment.

So, California Democrats, what are you gonna do? You can vote for a black man with a spotless record in regard to sexual assault who's running as a Republican; or, you can vote for the rich white dude who broke his own rules and has been credibly linked to trying to pay a rape victim off in order to protect a wealthy ally.

I'm assuming that most of your rhetoric over the last few years was just squawking and you're just going to vote for Newsom. "He may be a rape apologist; but, he's our rape apologist." "Believe women...when they're accusing Republicans." "A white person assaulting a black man is a hate crime...unless the black man is a Republican; we can just sweep that under the rug and look the other way."

People of conscience will vote for the recall.
