So far the willingness for politicians to latch onto the conclusions of this article as fact is not only showing an extreme eagerness of Conservatives to feel right about Marijuana for once. But it's dangerous to tout an opinion piece as a source for your policy positions.

You can't prohibit a substance for 46 years, and then expect 5 years of legalization to show any measure of public acceptance or rejection of a policy. It's best if Republican Conservatives conserve their breath rather than try to make other peoples life decisions for them.
