Whilst that's true I don't think that it's possible because in cases of sexual abuse where it's one person's word against the other, if you openly admit to viewing the person as innocent until they are proven guilty then in most people's eyes that suggests that you disbelieve the victim. Unfortunately it's a situation in which everyone loses whether the accused is proven (or is factually) guilty or not.
