Hmm If it's anything like in the UK (governed under EU laws and directives) then she might be liable to be sued for #sexual discrimination if the price differences are not 'voluntary' within her store.
From what I understand, lending the UK as an example, gender discrimination can be permitted, but only in exceptional and specific situations such as #RapeCrisis centres and female domestic violence shelters...which on a long shot, guessing that her cafe probably doesn't count as ;)
Acropss the past several years in the UK for example, all the early 2000s
'girls get free entry but boys have to pay full price into clubs and bars promotions'
have been banned after court challenges for gender discrimination against boys.
It'd be interesting though to see what happens here in Australia to this radical feminist businesswoman....the free market will probably decide :)
