The Idea came from Kalergi... before the nazis. Pan-Europa was the name he had used.

Kalergi had absolutely no influence in Europe, for the most part. Although reading some stuff, looks like his father was an anti-semite, and he was the one proposing the anthem for the EU, but still, those are weak ties.
The EU came out of european military supremacist ideas like that of Napoleon and Hitler, who wanted to conquer and subjugate europe.
After WW2 they switched strategy, instead of military conquest (Napoleonic wars, Franco-Prussian wars, WW1,WW2) they are now trying political & economic subjugation.
It's no secret that the same lobbyist corporations of Europe running the show, are the same one who used Auschwitz slave labor back in the day.
The entire EU establishment can be directly tied to the Nazis.
You say Kalergi have nothing to do with Europe so ... Why he got the first Charlemagne Prize? Do you know what is it I suppose? And btw the idea of creating a empire with the union of many countries is older than the Egyptians I can imagine...

I started reading more just now, so I corrected that later. I've heard this conspiracy theories as some anti-semites who attribute this to Jews, but that is far from the truth. The EU is very anti-semitic in many ways and stands against every jewish value that you can find.
That is true, every powerhungry group wants to create an empire, but the specific plans for the EU were mostly designed in the 19th century on which Hitler based his ideas. It's nothing new, Europe has a dark past.
But you know every empire that has ever existed has fallen. And the EU will have the same fate eventually. In fact they are already in worst shape than the soviet union was say in the late 70's.

I never say that :) I was just correcting your comment. Who made that statement was the author of the post.
And Kalergi was not german, like Hitler ;)
