He actually said something like that about Libya.
If Maduro falls it will be the Operation Condor 2.0, far-right all over and Latin America becoming the China of the USA and Europe, the only way they have to stop the avance of China. So this thing is bigger than everyone thinks, cheap human labour in their backyard or the end of the American Empire as we know it.
