Ukraine Analogy

Analogy for Ukraine Starting a War With Russia

Prior to now, the analogy I've used for Ukraine or some combination of Ukraine and NATO wanting to start a war with Russia has been the idea of some flyweight or featherweight prize fighter (who we could designate as "Little WeeWee" Smith) wanting to get into the ring with Joe Louis or Mike Tyson.

Of course the MSM shills and Pentagon and NATO fops and wankers would all be jumping up and down yelling:

GO LITTLE WEEWEE!!!
HURRAH LITTLE WEEWEE!!!
YOU CAN DO IT LITTLE WEEWEE!!!
JUST ANOTHER 50b IN WESTERN ARMS LITTLE WEEWEE!!!!!

But of course, in real life, things like that don't ever really work.

I believe I've now come up with a better analogy from the realm of real life and ancient history, and this involved a bunch of idiots starting a war so stupid that it offered no prayer of anything other than total annihilation for themselves.

If you had to pick the very last person who ever lived on earth that you'd want to mess around with for no rational reason, this is the guy who all the history books say that person would be:

"Genghis Khan" was a title and not a name; the man's personal name was "Temujin". The title.meaning 'universal emperor' or 'Emperor of all people' was pronounced like a single word "Chingis-han" and Russians spell it that way, i.e. "Чингисхан".

One of the worst cases of people getting on the wrong side of Genghis Khan involved the western-most of the Chinese dynasties and empires of the early 1200s AD, i.e. the Shi-Shia, or Tangut. This was an empire and not a small or mid-size country and it turned out to be Genghis Khan's final war. He had fallen off a horse in a hunting acciudent and been badly injured and this was at around 67 years of age.

The Tangut had reneged on a treaty obligation to provide soldiers for the Mongol invasion of Khwarism and insulted Genghis Khan, saying that if the guy really was the emperor of the entire universe, he should not require help from them.

Genghis Khan, before he died, instructed his officers to totally obliterate Tangut and leave no trace of its existence on the planet.

As I have read it, historians and scholars began to find writings and artifacts in caves in the region in the last century. Prior to that, there had been no agreement as to whether or not Tangut had ever actually existed or whether the story was just some kind of a cautionary tale meant to frighten Chinese children into good behavior. No physical evidence of the place's existence had ever been found.

Now, I do not anticipate Ukraine vanishing without a trace like that. But reasonable people can hope that NATO and that Nazi regime in Kiev will be made to vanish.
