NOTICE AND WARNING OF NEED FOR CONSENT FOR MEDICAL TESTING AND/OR VACCINATION OR OTHER TREATMENTS

Non-consensual medical procedures are prohibited by the Nuremberg Code and the Geneva Conventions. Most developed nations are signators to the Geneva Conventions and will enforce the principles of those conventions. The Nuremberg Code is motivated largely by the infamous abuses of medical procedures by the Nazi German state in the nineteen thirties and forties.

The fourth amendment to the US constitution prohibits non-consensual medical testing and treatment.

In the United States, all medical procedures, including testing, must be consensual and performed by a licensed physician in order to be lawful, hence the familiar consent forms that doctors and hospitals generally require for medical procedures.

Non-consensual administration of a medical procedure legally amounts to felony assault and battery. "Protection" of any "group" such as "the general public" may not be used as an excuse to violate individual rights.

Citizens are within their legal rights to use any force needed to prevent such abuse regardless of any claim of authority by persons seeking to perpetrate such abuse.
