War: Negotiating Peace

Starting a war is easy with less difficulties than ending it. Reasons is because, ordinarily even a mad man on the street can start a war but it will take a peaceful resolution and negotiation to end it.
Am making this post in respect to what is currently going on in Syria. Someone might be tempted to ask, how can the war in Syria be resolve? With the extreme pains, poverty, and calamity experience by the wagging of the war on the citizens and the forces involved.

War is a disease we humans do brings upon ourselves due to personal interest, greed and so on. This disease can always have it solutions through negotiation because interest always change with time.
Negotiating peace is one of the most potent ways of ending wars, the solution to Vietnam War some years back was through negotiation, it also helps in restoring peace to the Nigerian civil War which is known as the BIAFRAN WAR.

Possible solutions to Syria war and it pattern
First of all, we need to know the causes and pattern of the war in Syria which involve the killing of almost a million citizen.
If I should say, is it a fight against Assad government (because his victory now is becoming irreversible) or about the chemical weapon which has been adopted by the Assad military? If not so then why the foreign forces?
I practically believe in the power of two distinct orders when it comes to peace negotiation in terms of wars.

1. Diplomatic
2. Use of Military.

Diplomatic
Exercising courtesy, using discussion to end the ongoing war in Syria is very paramount at this point in which lots of damages, has been done within a short period of time. I believe external forces such as the U.S. and France are also involved in it at the moment, so I suggest it being necessary at this stage for peace conference to be set and let’s focusing attention be on the issue at hand. Bringing all directly related parties on a neutral ground by a trusted convener to both parties for peace talk.

Use of military
Secondly, the presence of the military in any proper negotiation of peace is very important as can be seen in Bosnia-Herzegovina peace talk. Where the American military forces foster peace on the development made. In the case of Syria, the military, and all the hierarchy involve in the peace restoration, after a proper understanding on Syria National constitutions, ethics and politics in order to encounter progress in the resolution.
Finally, we all understands that fire cannot be used to put off fire but rather we must use extinguisher or water and so on, so with proper negotiation and trusted helping hands it will healthier than the use of those chemical weapons as it is going on right now in Syria.
Let’s negotiate peace, and always try to live in peace
